2. Place the Nuts Between the Padding and the Shell

3. Screw Down the Back Plate
Now that you have the square nuts in place, it is time to secure the back plate into position. For this step, take the screws and hand-tighten them to the nuts that are behind the hard plastic shell. You want to secure them just enough that they won’t fully detach.
4. Tighten with a Screwdriver
Now that the back plate is in place and the screws have been tightened by hand, it is time to go to the final step. Make sure that you tighten the back plate screws snuggly but not too much. The back plate should move freely so that it can move with your body. The back plate should, however, remain snug enough that it doesn’t disconnect.
